Why do you think Scalia thinks sodomy is immoral? You would have to be a pretty orthodox Catholic to think that.

All we know is Scalia thinks the states should be able to criminalize sodomy if the legislators think it is immoral.

The Pragmatist

As I understand it, the Catholic Church disapproves of sodomy in a marital relationship where it is divorced from procreation. So, e.g., oral sex as foreplay would be okay, but ejaculating during oral sex wouldn't. I am by no means an expert on Catholic doctrine, so if I am incorrect, please do correct me.
